Before the 14 Day Cleanse, I was feeling extremely drained and tired. My skin was dull and dried out. I had no energy to do anything towards the evening after a hectic day at work. I’d drive home after work just wanting to climb in bed. My eating habits had drifted to whatever I could conger up in a hurry or go out and dine without being conscious of what I ordered. Now through the 14 Day Cleanse, I have learned to focus on my body and what nutrients I put into it and on it.

I have noticed my energy level has improved. My body seemed to respond very well to the change in food choices made, by enjoying clean, nutritious, fresh produce and whole foods. I’ve learned through the cleansing process to take time out for myself, build in time for preparing good food to nourish my body; to focus on what is good for me and learning to notice what is just not working well at all.

I now wake up feeling refreshed after a pretty good sleep instead of not sleeping well and feeling drained and it has been a delightful change. Starting my day with Lemon water and a smoothie, Hydrating my body with lemon water throughout the day, discovering I actually adore the green matcha tea, eating lots of greens & nutritious wholesome food, and the nightly cleansing routine has just been wonderful. My mood has improved and my body feels less dried out. I am very glad I did this cleanse and I would do it again.

Well it’s the end of another year, and I’ve been assessing my successes and setbacks in 2009. Each year, I remember how screwed up (and in serious denial about almost everything) I was before you helped me. I’ve come so far and am very proud of myself. (There is still work to be done, of course.)

You’ll be pleased to know that I am still eating well – just as you taught me. But more than that I enjoy life more fully than I used to.

Before working with Gianna, I struggled with making healthy food choices and being consistent with exercise. I thought that was the only problem she would help me with. After reading and listening to some materials Gianna offered, I began consciously thinking of my own needs and desires. The Wheel of Life helped me focus on the areas where I wanted more or better. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first met with Gianna. I liked the idea of “Holistic Health Counseling”, but did not want to sit and listen to someone telling me what to do. I have tried many other approaches and always resented people or programs telling me what I should or shouldn’t be doing.

Together, Gianna and I tried to figure out how to add things that would make my life fuller instead of just telling me to stop doing the “bad” things I was doing. After awhile, I was doing so many more things to help myself that I found I didn’t need to do the things that were damaging. “My sleep overall has changed drastically and I do not wake up in the middle of the night.”

Before the 14 day cleanse program I was experiencing headaches on the daily basis which kept me up in the middle of the night. Also I was extremely bloated and stuffy from eating items such as dairy which I should have been avoiding. I was also waking up constantly on a daily basis over the course of the night which in turn messed my day up because I was groggy and took me extra time to get my day going… Throughout the 14 day cleanse program I experienced drastic changes in my moods I was extremely happy and had no mood swings. And still to this day I am experiencing the same results.

Due to the fact that I cut out sugars and caffeine significantly which has also helped remove the headaches that I was experiencing. My sleep overall has changed drastically and I do not wake up in the middle of the night due to my liver working extra hard from me eating such heavy foods in the evening. I’ve been waking up on time and have great energy the second I get out of bed. The vitamin C, probiotic, and olive oil and lemon juice helped get everything going as well! All in all the cleanse program was set up great. I loved how you cook meals and you use them the following day for lunch instead of having to make lunch on a daily basis.

Before working with Gianna, I struggled with enjoying too much alcohol, boredom and pleasing everyone except myself. I enjoyed spending time with Gianna because she had a calming effect on me. There are too many things I learned during our time together to list in detail; however, the most powerful tool I learned was how to set goals and not be afraid to achieve them.
